Some of the shots from the night tropical storm Earl rolled in with a big fog bank and ten foot waves. Read - I almost fell off the cliff in the deep fog to get some of these shots.

With the focus in mind of photographing some of Maine's past eras that still exist in one form or another. The (and I'll borrow a phrase from one of my favorite photographers - Zack Arias) GOYA shoot - read get off your ass shoot - is something that we do every few weeks to keep our photography eyes sharp and remember to take a minute and really look at the nuances of the world around us. We met up with Jenna at one of our favorite beach locations but had to wait out a quick rain storm. Just as the clouds were breaking, low tide provided us with a great opportunity to get out into the tall grass. We absolutely love seniors who aren't afraid to get out and try new locations!

I've lost them countless number of times in various locations, but can never seem to find them again. One of the best parts abou Ebay is that you can find direct low cost alternatives to many things. Lens caps can be affordable if you know where to look. I've ordered 10 lens caps to keep at the studio at all times just so I have a lens cap when and where I need it.
