Most of the so called 'proper' bands sound terrible live anyway. I dont think people go to live shows to criticise the performance they go to enjoy themselves.

they don't lip synch anymore on their performances except for certain tv shows like gmtv (just cause the studio doesn't provide for live singing). the tangled up tour dvd is just dubbed but they sang live
