The weather was perfect and the stage was set for a quintessential coastal Maine wedding. Melissa and Dan, traveled to Pine Point just in time to avoid hurricane Irma, who seemed determined to pay a visit to their home in Tampa. But none of that mattered on that sunny morning in September. All the mattered was that Melissa and Dan were to become husband and wife.
Opting for a first look, Melissa and Dan met each other on a sleepy beach path and took in every moment they had together. The excitement they both had upon first seeing each other was palpable. Huge grins, laughs, kisses and butt grabs all took place and it was especially heart warming to be witness too. It is obvious that these two truly love each other.
The day continued on to a beautiful ceremony, held at the Landing at Pine Point, which was officiated but a mutual friend. Small stories were told as quiet glances were exchanged between Dan and Melissa. Everyone in attendance cheered as the couple were officially announced as Mr. & Mrs. It’s amazing to see such celebration from such a great group of friends and family.
As the party moved indoors, sentimental speeches, parents dances, and a tasty looking dinner were followed by one hell of a dance party. Melissa switched out of her long skirt into one that made dancing and partying much more feasible, while still looking absolutely breathtaking. As hit song after hit song keep the crowds dancing, for one brief moment, Melissa and Dan slipped away, almost to take it all in. We hope their coastal Maine wedding was as perfect as they envisions. Congratulations guys!!
