Camp Ellis, in Saco Maine, after the tourists have all returned to their normal schedules, is peaceful, quiet, and a sight to be seen. The jetty stretches into the ocean and creates a picturesque view. We met Meredith and Curtis there to begin their engagement session. This spot is near and dear to their hearts as Curtis’s grandfather had built that same jetty, one single stone at a time. In it’s heyday, the jetty was level and straight, but over many years, the ocean has taken its turn and has made it beautifully imperfect. It was amazing the hear the stories that Curtis could tell of this spot and endearing to see him celebrate there with his soon to be wife.
The sun was shinning bright that afternoon as we headed to the Old Port , to continue their engagement shoot. A cruise ship docked at the pier, and the atmosphere was buzzing. We traveled down some side streets to find a quiet spot where these two could share a few laughs and we could all chat about our excitement for the upcoming New England Patriots season.
We are excited to have the opportunity to shoot Meredith and Curtis’s September 2016 wedding in New Hampshire.
